Hoya Heart (2″ Pot)
–
With its big, green, heart-shaped leaves, this houseplant is a real charmer – one that will not break your heart.
–
Light: Does best with bright, indirect light, but it can tolerate low-light situations as well. This species can tolerate some direct sun, but make sure this is not in the middle of the day, and keep direct sun exposure limited to two to four hours a day.
Water: Prefers to dry out between waterings. Your watering schedule will depend largely on what type of growing medium you use for potting this plant. A good point of reference is to water your plant once a week. If you spot any leaves that look wrinkled and like they’re shriveling, you are likely not watering enough. On the other hand, if you have any leaves that are turning yellow and falling off, you’re probably overwatering or have very soggy soil.
